Service by publication: reminder of the need to apply for permission to purchase real estate in Finland

The Finnish Ministry of Defence has submitted a reminder of the need to apply for permission to purchase real estate in Finland by virtue of section 4 of the Act on Permit Requirements for Certain Real Estate Acquisitions.

The reminder concerns real estate purchased by Marina Stklianina in Imatra.

The reminder is effected as service by publication because the Ministry has not been able to notify the party concerned by any other means. Due to the reminder containing detailed information about the purchase, it will be available to the party until 10 April 2026 at the Registry of the Ministry of Defence (street address: Eteläinen Makasiinikatu 8, 00131 Helsinki) on weekdays from 9 to 15. Service is considered to have been effected on the seventh day following the publication of the notice at the official website of the Ministry of Defence. A permit must be applied for within two months of the service by publication, at the latest.
