Minister of Defence Kaikkonen to attend informal meeting of EU defence ministers

Minister of Defence Antti Kaikkonen will participate in the EU defence minister meeting on Tuesday 16 June 2020. The meeting will be organised via video conference.

It will be chaired by High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Josep Borrell.

Ministers are to discuss broadly the topical issues of security and defence cooperation, including the EU's operational commitments, the progress of defence cooperation, and ensuring that the resources guarantee the level of ambition of cooperation.
