Permanent Secretary Räty awarded an Estonian Cross of Merit
Arto Räty, the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Defence, has been awarded the first class of the Cross of Merit of the Estonian Ministry of Defence. The Cross was awarded for Räty’s contribution to the bilateral defence and security co-operation between Finland and Estonia. The Cross was presented by Mikk Marran, the Permanent Secretary of the Estonian Ministry of Defence, Tuesday November 3rd.
