Service by publication: decision issued by Finnish Ministry of Defence on 4 June 2026

The Finnish Ministry of Defence has decided not to authorise the acquisition of real estate in Rautjärvi by virtue of section 5 of the Act on Permit Requirements for Certain Real Estate Acquisitions and section 31 of the Administrative Procedure Act.

The decision concerns an application issued by Taran Jeet Singh to buy real estate in Rautjärvi.

The decision is effected as service by publication because the Ministry has not been able to notify the party concerned by any other means. The decision will be available to the party until 21 September 2026 at the Government’s mail distribution centre (street address: Kirkkokatu 12, 00170 Helsinki) on weekdays from 8 to 16:15. Service is considered to have been effected on the seventh day following the publication of the notice at the official website of the Ministry of Defence.
