ADMINISTRATION POLICY DEPARTMENT

The Administration Policy Department is an expert organisation where operations models for national defence are studied and developed. The unit also deals with financial planning and security related matters.  

The department consists of four units: Financial Unit, Corporate Planning Unit and the Security Unit. More information can be found from each Unit's own webpage.

The Administration Policy Department is involved with a number of topical and significant projects such as making central administration more effective, promoting partnership policy and co-ordinating research in the administrative branch.  

Successful completion of tasks requires that the Department co-operates with both the public and private sector. Co-operation partners include other ministries, universities, research institutes, service producers, parliament and the Council of State.
